
Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Elevate Aesthetics, we’re committed to providing the highest standard of care in a calm, respectful, and professional environment. To ensure we can give every client the time and attention they deserve, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy below.
Appointments & Confirmations
All appointments require confirmation via our booking system or directly through our reception. We request a $5deposit or booking fee, which will be credited toward your treatment. This helps us manage our schedule and ensures availability for all clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens—kids get sick, work runs late, and sometimes plans need to change. We simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the deposit.

No-shows will result in $50 cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future appointments.
Giving notice allows us to offer your appointment time to someone else on the waitlist, and we really appreciate your consideration.
Running Late?
If you’re running behind, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but if you're more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to:

Shorten your treatment to avoid running late for the next client

Or reschedule your appointment altogether (especially if it would affect the quality or safety of the service)
This ensures fairness and respect for all clients’ time.
Children & Guests
Due to the nature of our treatments and the clinical setting, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. This helps us maintain a calm, focused environment and ensures the safety and comfort of everyone in the clinic.
